Cote d’Ivoire
Three computer labs, each hosting 40 computer workstations, were established and wired for fiber optics in Cote d’Ivoire as part of the Africa Communication Network to provide distance and online learning opportunities. One of the labs is also used to teach intensive English and will be expanded to include other language courses in the near future. Additionally, this communication hub has made it possible to host online meetings that have involved people from Africa, Europe and North America.
The university hopes to expands its capabilities and add more labs to serve students and the community to support the work of The United Methodist Church in Africa. With your help, we can make this a possibility.
