“This partnership is a golden opportunity to influence the development of Christian leaders throughout all of Southeast Asia for many years to come.” -- Bishop James E. Swanson Sr., Mississippi Episcopal Area”

Welcome to the Asian Region homepage of the METHODIST GLOBAL EDUCATION Fund for Leadership Development. Our goal is to develop quality leaders, eliminate poverty and develop dynamic congregations across Asia. We have started the work with an historic partnership between the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry and Yonsei University College of Theology in Seoul, South Korea. Together, we connect and support Methodist institutions to build Christian leaders for years to come. We need your help in this important opportunity.

Yonsei University serves as the regional operating office for Asia. Through this office, the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry supports the development of a network of institutions in the continent and around the world and provides technical assistance ranging from administrative support to identifying funding sources regionally. Your donation to support the work of the METHODIST GLOBAL EDUCATION Fund for Leadership Development in Asia ensures continuation of the important work of nurturing Christian leaders in Asia.
